1. Information We Do Not Collect

When you download, install, or browse with Agni Browser, Jayanti Cybernetics does not collect or log:

• Browsing history, visited websites, or bookmarked domains.
• Search queries entered in the address bar or search engines.
• Unique advertising IDs (AAID), hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, or IMEI numbers.
• Geographic GPS coordinates or network-derived location data.
• Form autofill details, passwords, payment credentials, or personal identity records.

2. On-Device Ad & Tracker Interception

Agni employs native on-device network request filtering. When a website requests third-party scripts, tracking pixels, or advertisement frames, Agni matches the target host against locally stored filter databases (such as EasyList and EasyPrivacy) and drops the connection before data packets leave your device. Your traffic is never proxied through external servers for inspection.

When you navigate to third-party websites or execute searches on third-party search engines (e.g., Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing), their independent privacy policies govern the data you transmit directly to them. While Agni aggressively blocks tracking beacons, third-party cookies, and ad networks, we advise reviewing the privacy terms of any web services you interact with.

5. Local Storage, Data Retention & One-Tap Erase

All browsing data—including cookies, HTTP cache, and optional history records—is stored strictly within the app’s isolated private sandbox on your local device. Jayanti Cybernetics maintains no cloud databases or sync servers with your records.

You maintain 100% control: you can wipe all browsing sessions, cache, and cookies instantly via the in-app “Clear data” button or by clearing app storage in Android OS Settings.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Agni Browser is suitable for general audiences. Because Agni does not collect, harvest, or transmit any personally identifiable information from any user under any circumstance, we do not collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

7. Security Architecture

Agni is developed under the Jayanti Cybernetics cyber-defense framework. We enforce sandboxed process isolation, strict HTTPS encryption enforcement, secure cookie isolation, and tamper-resistant local database storage to guard against cross-site scripting (XSS) and unauthorized on-device access.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect architectural upgrades or evolving regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted to this page with an updated “Effective Date”.
